Who  We Are

With our interdisciplinary team of sculptors, painters, industrial designers and graphic designers, we bring sculpture, relief, figures, artistic decoration and sculptural lighting together under one shared design language.

For us, the goal is not simply to make a product but to create holistic designs that give a space character and a visual identity. That is why we look beyond single objects and develop original concepts and collections built from related forms, colours, surfaces and art objects.

Every project begins at the idea and concept stage. We develop design alternatives based on the purpose, scale and architecture of the space and the atmosphere it is meant to create, and we visualise the work before it goes into production.

At our workshop in İzmir, our priority is to develop original, high-quality designs of strong aesthetic value. As far as possible, we carry out the whole journey of an idea in-house, from the first design stage to the finished physical piece.

Our designs take shape where art, sculpture, decoration and spatial design meet. After modelling and production preparation, we carry out moulding and casting in our polyester workshop, then complete each piece with surface preparation, colouring, patina and finishing. This lets us control the entire production process, from the first idea to the final surface detail.

For Dekotomi, the aim is not merely to produce a decorative object but to create work that gives character to a building, a space and a brand. We develop sculpture, relief, figures, bespoke decorative applications and concept work for interior and exterior spaces.

Alongside our standard pieces, production tailored to specific projects and spaces makes up a significant part of our work. By rethinking scale, form, colour, material and installation conditions for each project, we can develop solutions specific to a person, a brand or a space.

Concept work is one of the most important areas for our team, whose members come from different disciplines. By visualising ideas that have not yet been physically produced, we can show our clients possible design directions, alternatives and the effect a piece will have in the space before anything is made. This approach lets us build a design process specific to each project, going beyond simply choosing a product.

We weigh aesthetics, manufacturability and installation conditions together, aiming to create niche, original work that adds value to a space rather than ordinary solutions. We are open to new ideas and solution-focused collaborations.
